Every day is different here – some days are lively, some are gentle, some are stressful, just a few are restful. But they’re always different and always entertaining. Given the variety of clients we have, from headshots to family groups, from commercial photography to engagements and weddings with the occasional canine caricature thrown in, you’d expect that.
My favourite days are always when I get to creat interesting portraits of interesting people and Romi and Arbel were two such people. Gentle, smart, shy, enigmatic. Each of them could gaze into the camera like they were exploring your soul which I always love. However, my favourite images – as is so often the case – when the sisters laughed with each other and the relationship between them shone through. As much as all photographers love the enigmatic, it’s relationships that are at the heart of our business (and I couldn’t be happier about it!)
