Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons in the snow

We were supposed to be photographing a wedding today – we’d been looking forward to it for ages. Sadly it was postponed due the weather late yesterday afternoon as even the best man could get there. A real shame but probably the right decision: we saw numerous cars and vans stuck (we rescued one lady who was never going to get up the hill in her automatic – the wheels just kept spinning!) but luckily our trusty Landrover Defender isn’t too fussed.

We have photos of Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons in pretty much all conditions, from rain to sunshine, from frost to gales but I have never photographed there in deep snow. So I nipped over (I say ‘nipped’ – it took me four times as long as normal!) and grabbed a couple of photos of this superlative venue in these unsurpassed but stunning conditions .

Take care
